Christmas 2005

Twas a year before voting and all thru the land,
the Left began stirring and got out of hand.

The war, it is failing, just take our word.
It's not to our liking, haven't you heard.

They soon began chanting, Impeach him we say.
He must be sent packing, oh please don't delay.

The media was helping. The polls had been spun.
To their way of thinking, the race had been won.

Then finally came riding that man with a star.
And he began talking to near and to far.

We should be quitting, you've heard them say.
But we must keep going, there's no other way.

They can't help their lying, pay them no mind.
There's truth for the telling, but not from their kind.

Good things are a'brewing, just look at the facts.
Enough of this whining from partisan hacks.

Freedom is coming to war-ravaged lands.
The people are cheering and waving their hands.

The road is rough traveling, but onward we press.
Liberty's calling, we owe it no less.

For those who are doubting, look and you'll see.
The eagle is soaring, our flag flying free.

Let's all join in singing, be of good cheer.
Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year!

Who pissed off the Vietnam Swift Vets.
From that moment forward,
All his efforts went toward
Trying to cover his assets.

Dean's an angry hack.
While Edwards "cares" and Kerry swears,
Kucinich fades to black.

Jingle bells, Clark lobs shells.
Lieberman is toast.
The other two don't have a clear,
And Bush wins coast to coast.
