North Korea said today that it can launch a pre-emptive nuclear strike against America. This is a country that cannot even feed its own people, and it's thinking of attacking another country. To what end?

And why is it we have to worry about a nuclear North Korea? Because Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter - the poster children for foreign policy incompetence - thought it would be a good idea to give them a nuclear reactor.

Just one more thing for President Bush to deal with, and these grinning idiots go all over the world proclaiming their own brilliance. And people actually listen to them.
