What An Idiot!

I recently wrote Barbara Boxer, one of my senators unfortunately, to voice my displeasure at her support of the Feingold resolution. She wrote back to say that she appreciated hearing from me. She went on to say that this resolution would "admonish President Bush for his unlawful authorization of the National Security Agency's warrantless wiretapping program, his failure to keep Congress fully informed of this program as required by law, and his efforts to mislead the American people about the legality of the program and the legal authorities relied upon by his administration to conduct it."

Firstly, there has been no determination that President Bush broke the law, unlike when she was kiting checks during the House banking scandal.

Secondly, President Bush did keep Congress informed every step of the way. Senator Feinstein has said that it is an "impressive" program.

Thirdly, President Bush is not the one misleading the American people. The people who are saying he broke the law, when there has been no such determination, are the ones misleading the people. And naturally, they're liberal dimocrats.

I wrote to voice my displeasure and she writes back to tell me that she's all in favor of the resolution.

Add comprehend the English language to the long, long (long, long) list of things this woman cannot do.
