How Stupid Can One Person Be?

Is it possible for a dimocrat to open his/her mouth and not say something stupid?

California Assemblyman Tom Umberg has introduced legislation - and his fellow idiots have passed it - whereby all of California's electoral votes would go to the winner of the nationwide election, regardless of how the citizens of California voted.

So, why vote? What if every state did this?
