Surely She Jests

Hear tell that on July 4, 2006, Cindy Sheehan is going to start a hunger strike. What is so wrong with her brain that she actually believes that President Bush is going to bring the troops home just because she is on a hunger strike. Does she really think that she's of such monumental importance that she and she alone can affect world policy.

Cindy Sheehan lost a child, and that's a terrible thing. But she wasn't the first, and she wasn't the last. Her tragedy does not immunize her from criticism. It doesn't give her the right to speak unchallenged. I am not obligated to just accept everything that comes out of her mouth.

Doesn't she know that when The Left has ridden her as far as it can, it will treat her like something to be scraped of their shoe.
