This 'n That

Hillary Clinton gave a speech on protecting children from exposure to sex- and violence-saturated media. Where were her objections when her husband was president.

Robert Redford told activists to "forget Bush" when seeking solutions to global warming because "you can't reason with a stone." He's right, he's just got it backwards. The liberal mindset refuses to admit the possibility that there is no global warming, so arguing with them is like arguing with a stone, not vice-versa.

Karl Rove is not going to be indicted. So I guess Joe Wilson will just have to wait for someone else to be perp-walked out of the White House. Thank God his 15 minutes are over. Too bad he doesn't know it.

Three detainees at Guantanamo killed themselves. So? Move over Atta and Zarqawi.

Speaking of Zarqawi, hear tell that his replacement has already been selected. Did al qaeda have an election when I wasn't looking.

A judge in San Francisco actually issued a ruling that made sense AND complied with state law. Hell must have frozen over when I was asleep.

Michael Newdow, the atheist causing so much trouble, was rebuffed by a federal court when he sued to have "In God We Trust" removed from our coins. Apparently, his First Amendment rights are being violated by this outrageous mention of God. Hey Mike, when you get there, say hey to Atta and Zarqawi.

Robert Byrd has just become the longest-serving senator in US history, which doesn't change the fact that he's a ridiculous old coot who hasn't said anything remotely coherent in years.

Nearly 17,000 people were murdered in the US in 2005. This means that our soldiers are safer in a war in Iraq than we are right here on Main Street, USA. Why aren't the liberals calling for us to get out of the US?

America: strong, safe, and free or everything else is a moot point!
