Summer Exercise For Women
1. Buy a bathing suit, preferably from a catalog as screaming in the changing rooms is very unsettling to the help. Get one at least 1 to 2 sizes larger than you think you wear. Trust me on this.
2. Put it on in the privacy of your bathroom. The struggle to get into it will work all kinds of muscles you didn't even know you had.
3. Stare at yourself in the mirror as long as you can. Oh yeah, your heart rate's up now.
4. Take it off, again working those muscles.
5. Go pour yourself a cold one.
6. Same time tomorrow.
