August 8, 1981 - August 8, 2006

Today is my anniversary. I have been married to the same guy for the past 25 years, and I'm pretty proud of that fact.

We got married on the 8th day of the 8th month at 8:00 p.m. It was a candlelight ceremony held at the Wayfarers Chapel (google it), and we had a harpist instead of an organist.

Marriage is hard work and not something to be taken lightly. We've come through some incredible trials in our lives, and we're still standing.

What's our secret? I'm a saint.
