It was just 3 short months ago that government forecasters predicted 13 to 16 tropical storms this season, 8 to 10 of which could grow into hurricanes.

He is revising his forecast.

These so-called experts couldn't see 3 months into the future. Yet, we're supposed to believe all the global-warming loudmouths and their predictions years and even decades into the future.

I don't think so.
