If you are a Californian reading this, do NOT vote for Chuck Poochigian for Attorney General this November.

I'm a Republican and it pains me to have to say this, but that man needs to be sent back home. He claims to have "authored" legislation that "reformed" the California workers' compensation system. It is my belief, based on an unimpeachable source, that he no more wrote SB 899 than I wrote the Bill of Rights.

This legislation is what we would expect from a dimocrat, not a Republican. He has been simply devastating to the injured workers of California, and I cannot understand why neither him nor anyone on his staff understands that another word for injured worker is voter. We don't just vote with our feet, we vote with our pocketbooks.

I know his opponent is Jerry Brown. I know that Jerry Brown is supremely unqualified to be Attorney General. I believe, however, that Jerry Brown will win regardless of how I vote.

I am not voting for Chuck Poochigian, and I urge you not to, either.
