Regarding the Mid-East Conflict du Jour

On Monday, French foreign minister Philippe Douste-Blazy had this to say:

"In the region there is, of course, a country such as Iran - a great country, a great people and a great civilization which is respected and which plays a stabilizing role in the region."

After the monkey in charge of Iran said, ". . . the main solution is for the elimination of the Zionist regime," Mr. Douste-Blazy had this to say:

"I totally condemn these words . . . they are absolutely unacceptable on anyone's part, especially from a head of state."

Israel is a nuclear power, and France is supporting the others guys, who aren't.
