Poor Hillary
No matter how much you dislike the woman, you have just got to feel sorry for her. She wants to be President of the United States. She wants it so badly she can taste it. She wants it so badly that she was willing to give up almost everything for it.
She was employed by the Rose Law Firm because of him. She was made a partner at that law firm because of him. She was the First Lady of Arkansas and then the First Lady of the United States because of him. She got her (failed) chance to socialize health care because of him. She's a U.S. Senator because of him. She gets listened to because of him. She's gets enormous amounts of campaign cash because of him. She's considered the dimocrat front runner in 2008 because of him.
She wants to be President so badly that she endured international humiliation because of him. She also knows that he's the one who people like and without him, she's just another shrill voice in the crowd. (It's no wonder her muslim name is Seldom bin Layed.)
And because she wants it so badly, she now has to trot herself out every day and defend the bum. Oh yeah, she says, terrorism was always number one on his agenda. Oh yeah, she says, he would have known better than President Bush what to do with the intelligence he was given. Maybe the reason he never had proper intelligence was because he never talked to George Tenet, his appointment to the CIA.
Bill Clinton wasn't the least bit interested in terrorism or intelligence. All he wanted was the perks. He could call himself President of the United States and fly all over the world at taxpayer expense. He could be fawned over and listened to by the whole world. He was a child and the Oval Office was his playpen.
And for over 30 years, Hillary Clinton has had to put up with this pathetic excuse of a man because she wants to be President. Such a ruthless pursuit of power is frightening, but no more frightening than the thought of her in the Oval Office and Bill Clinton back in the White House with time on his hands.
